For stock products, we can gain certain production efficiency (and cost) by die-cutting and making certain parts in quantity at once. Hand cut fee allows us to cover a base cost of having one product made at one time. From gathering all the parts and pieces to hand cutting to accurately communicating the requirements to different team members, custom made products require a lot of inputs in time and resources.
