1) Increase the width to 14" so the new dimensions is 20" L x 14" W x 12.5" H
2) Change structure to have a large top zipper opening with two side zippers, add an covering flap
3) Full mesh on both sides and add a mesh area in the center front
5) Remove side external water bottle holder and cellophane pouch
6) Keep the floor tray and add fluffy floor pad in chinchilla
7) the finished carrier can be compressed down to 10.5" and weighs no more than 5 lbs (ex floor tray and fluffy pad and straps)
