Modifications:
- Add Hand-Cut Fee
- Change two dimensions to 15" L x 12" W x 27" H
- perch position at center - perch set at 12" above floor, cups at 16" and perch diameter 1.5"
- Attachment with rivet to fix support including the top bar to the carrier
- Add wide waist strap
- Add zipper closure in the lower front
- Add two double D-rings on the lower back and one each one the side for attaching the carrier to a metal frame for bag on the motorcycle

I have a Red tailed black Cockatoo. Can you make it the dimension of 15" L x 12" W x 27" H in black with red color trims? lt will be going on a motorbike so a few extra places to secure it so I have peace of mine would be good. I have a metal bag frame I will be attaching it to.
